Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects or transport damage. Although the products are carefully inspected before we send them out, if damage occurred during transport, please report this within 24 hours after receipt of the package.
In case of defects or damage, our products are covered with a six (6) month warranty.
In order to apply to our warranty, we require our customers to:
- Contact us at email@example.com
- Present proof of purchase (either it was an online purchase, via point of sale or through any of our authorized retailers)
We provide a durable and resistant felt case for customers to stow the sunglasses in at all times.
Please note that:
- Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen products or scratches on lenses or any kind of breakage due to misuse of the product.
- Our warranty will be void if the item has custom modifications done by the customer. These modifications include but are not limited to custom engraving and/or painting, holes, arm or lens replacement, etc.
- If the broken item needs to be shipped back to us via courier for repair under warranty, any shipping and return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
