We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfilment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for refund or exchange within thirty (30) days after the date you received it.
- Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Items cannot be broken or damaged, and must be unwashed and unworn with the hang-tag attached and accompanied by proof of payment.
- The costumer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Shipping fees for purchases and returns are non-refundable.
Use the shipping box to return the item. Include a copy of the original invoice.
We'll refund you within seven business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place. The refund will appear in your credit card within 14 days from the time we place the refund. If you have any problem with the refund feel free to contact us.
